Hi Bill,

I ran into this recently with /process.php on someone's installation. It was a very strange problem: the strip_tags() PHP function was causing that error. No idea why. What was especially odd was that he did a re-install and then it worked fine. He thought that it was caused by him using Dreamweaver to edit the file, but that seemed unlikely to me.
