You need to upload the whole Form Tools package to a Web server. The installation instructions are detailed and very good (see http://docs.formtools.org/installation/).

Buttons, thank you for replying. Yes, I have edited php files in Notepad, but it won't let me open them at all. Right clicking gives me the open option but not open with, and open on its own doesn't work. I also tried dragging the files into Notepad and that doesn't work.

So are you saying I should upload the files to the root directory of my website? I will go see the url you gave. Thank you.
