Hi Ritzlore,

Any luck so far?

First off, yes, Form Tools runs on a web server, so you'll need to upload them all to a folder somewhere there (e.g. a /formtools folder in the root). Also, your server will need to run PHP. PHP is awfully common and found on the majority of servers, but who knows! It may not be running on yours.
