Nope! The "Form URL" setting on your form is generally just to keep tabs on where the information is coming from. It's used for the Add Form process, but nothing after that.
In your case, as long as the forms - that are being submitted on any page on your site - all contain the same form fields, Form Tools will accept those submissions and store them in the one database table.
