Hmm, that's curious for two reasons: first, I know of numerous installations on godaddy that went smoothly, and secondly, warnings and notices are turned off in the production script. Are you running the 2.1.0 Alpha or the current production release (2.0.6)?
It looks like maybe the files got corrupted when they were sent to the server. I'd try deleting them all then try reuploading them. What FTP script are you using? I'd recommend Filezilla - it works on Mac & PC and (more importantly!) is free.
