Hi Sim,

No luck reproducing this on my end. But from the error message, line 844 in general.php is concerning the ft_verify_form_tools_installed() function. That only gets called on the main login page (outside the installation script).

Did you actually finish the installation procedure? If so, you can just delete the entire /install folder and log in. Or did you not even see step 6?
