Sorry! I must have missed your original post.
Interesting problem. A few questions first:
- What format would be best to extract all the information for you? XML, CSV, Excel, HTML?
- Would you want all the data combined somehow?
- Do your forms contain similar content?
- Are you using some sort of script to parse the data that's been exported from Form Tools?
The more I know about exactly what you want to do with the exported form data and how, the better.
One other thought. This may not help at this stage, but if you're dealing with very similar forms, what I've done in the past is continue to have multiple separate forms on the website, but use a single form in Form Tools to house ALL form submissions. Then, I create different Views for that form to split up the submissions as per their original forms. This has a number of advantages, plus it allows you to export all the data in one go.
