Hmm... that sounds suspiciously like a bug, like the error isn't being handled properly. It's possible I introduced a problem in one of the more recent updated.

Try this: log out of Form Tools altogether and continue setting up your form. Only log in when you need to.

Is there anything special about step 3? Is that where you're finalizing the submission or something?
