Hi Ben,
thank you for your feedback. I actually got the point: somehow I had the same variable coded twice in formtools fields. The problem began after deleting one of the two entries I must have oveloocked the warning "undefined variable....", and resolved after deleting the wariable and adding it again.

Thank tou again, it is great to have such a timely support.

Try this: log out of Form Tools altogether and continue setting up your form. Only log in when you need to.
