Hi Ben & fellow readers,

Clearing my cookies did indeed do the trick initially, however I still feel there is something not quite right with the Demo sign up page.

When I went back to 'demo.formtools.org' in the same browsing session, I received the error mentioned above, plus the header didn't render correctly (logo and Login link misplaced) plus the following errors at the bottom of the page:
