Hi Bobby,

Sorry you're having problems!

First off, check you're running a compatible version of the API. Since you just upgraded, you should be running 1.1.4:

Secondly, the problems reported by the System Check module are described and explained here:
http://modules.formtools.org/system_chec...n_problems

That page also explains how to solve it.
