Hi Schweitz,

Sorry for the wait. Unfortunately no, the Form Builder doesn't have out-the-box support for conditional questions like you need. I thought a lot about ways to handle that, and couldn't think of a particular good way to handle it.

You can certainly customize the templates to hide/show fields based on field values in previous pages, but it's not the most elegant thing in the world.
