Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately not that simple.

Just in case I was a right idiot, I zoomed out in IE to check that I wasn't missing something.

All I see on the screen is:


Menu on LH where 3> Create Database Tables is highlighted.

Introductory Words as mentioned before "Create Database Tables

Now we're going to create the Form Tools database tables. This step requires the database itself to have already been created. If you're not sure how to do this, please contact your hosting provider. "

What may be of interest is that the links at the bottom which are present on Phase 1 and Phase 2 (formtools.org.....Installation Help.....Documentation..... Problems / Questions? Visit our forums) disappear at Phase 3.

Curious (..and annoying....)
