Sorry for not responding sooner. I read your post and mulled it over, then forgot to reply... ack!
Right now, the Add Form process hinges around the actual existence of a form, so the short answer to your question is *no*. However, it's not TOO much of a burden: you can create a form containing a single field and use that to add one or more forms from. Once it's in the system, you can add fields, remove fields, and generally customize it to whatever you wish.
Neat idea though - and it actually wouldn't be too hard to program. How big a deal is it for you? Would this be very useful?
