Goodness. Those are terrible problems to have. I can't help at all with the first one (since I've never used FT to upload files).

Your second problem "sounds" like a session problem, but... I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting in your case Sad

Perhaps you can answer these questions for me regarding your second issue:

1) Are you using Internal or External forms? (do you have to login to FT to add a submission or is the form on your website?)

2) If it's an External form, are you using the API? (What does your form tag have as the action attribute?

3) If you are using an External form AND using the API, can you send me your form code via e-mail? Maybe I can look at it quickly and spot a problem. If so, you can send me a PVT msg and I'll send you my e-mail address.
