Hi Mansoor,

- Go to your form
- Click View
- Click Edit icon on the View you wish to edit (probably All Submission)
- Click "No" to May delete submissions
- Click "Yes" to May add submissions
- Click Fields tab
- Uncheck "Allow fields to be edited"
- Click Update View
