We've yet to have someone try to store values in Arabic. Data in Form Tools is stored as UTF-8 so it should work. Please keep us posted on your results.

I Have tested the form with arabic contents and it is working perfectly.
The excel export also have no issues. It is a great and handy tool to create quick forms without writing custom code
