Hi,

I think you will be able to get where you want using a number of E-mails with predefined placeholders (content) and the right triggers for sending. If you need to send emails only if a field value is true you need to make a new view, containing a filter that only shows submissions when a field value is EQUAL or NOT EQUAL to your defined value. The you can set the trigger for the email to only send emails when a submission fits into that view.
