Sounds like you have a good start by having the HTML form done. I would suggest reading the documentation and following the tutorial. The documentation is very well written and will be easier to follow than for me to try to explain here.

Using Opera I know have full access to the site. I understand where the api is now.

it was not formtools fault for some reason in Florida USA I was not getting to the complete site.
