Thanks for your feedback.

It's not actually possible to build a login form with the Form Builder. Instead of creating a login form with the Form Builder, what you can do is use the Form Builder with the Submission Account Module which can provide your users a way to log back in. More details here: http://modules.formtools.org/submission_accounts/
