I subsequent pages just have the name of the view minus the fields.

On the 'Views > Fields' tab I assume you mean? On the subsequent pages with no fields ... look under that section (on the right side, below the row of headings: 'Order' 'Field' Field Type' Editable' 'Searchable') for 'Add Field(s) >>'. When you click that it should show you the list of fields that you have available to add to that page.

If there are none listed you must still have them in the first page - you can delete them from that page, then they'll be available.

** take note of what you're deleting and try just one first, in case we're at cross purposes here!!
