Trying to install latest on a server/domain and it complains about a table being missing. This is a fresh install so all the tables will be missing no? Install scrip manages to create four tables and that is it! Any idea what might be causing this?

Hmm, strange issue. Try downloading the zip file again and redoing the installation.
