Module Installation Failed

Good Afternoon, All

I have a few modules that, when selected, go to a blank page.
I have tried 2.2.6 and 2.2.7. The module that I would really like setup is "submission accounts" but this same issues is prevalent on the following modules.

"Swift Mailer"
"Submission Accounts"
"Pages"

I have also tried earlier versions of submission accounts but I have had no luck. Any assistance at all would be wonderful. I appreciate the program and any future help.

Hi Matt,

Have you run a system check yet? It will help identify missing files that are causing the modules to fail.

I sure have. I just ran it on all of the components and they all have passed.

It's odd, I can go to the submission_accounts/admin/add.php page from my browser and it displays everything but when I attempt to save my addition to the page it blanks out. I can access all of the .php pages within the admin folder for the module but I can't directly get to the module nav from the modules page then select.

I have fixed my issue in case anyone else has this same problem. I opened the index.php file in the submissions_accounts folder from the module.

I then commented out the following code

$folder = dirname(__FILE__);
require_once("$folder/library.php");


After commenting it out it will look like this, for those of you that would like to try.

/*$folder = dirname(__FILE__);
require_once("$folder/library.php");*/


I then saved the file and was able to access the module as normal and it is working as expected.
