Get Submission_ID from Database into Thank You page

Using API I have designed a form and a thank you page that displays all the information from the form for review. The form and thank you page are working perfectly.
On the thank you page I would also like to display the submission ID from the database for the user to reference in case of problems with the form information.

Is there a way to retrieve the submission id from the database and display it on the thank you page with all the other form review information?

But short answer is, $fields["form_tools_submission_id"] is the variable you need to call.
