I'm new to this, and to add captcha form in step 2 i get this error:

The form ID passed to the ft_api_create_blank_submission function is invalid.

Basically 500 error codes are caused by a decent number of things (from incorrect permissions to DOS line endings to ...) and they're pretty much a result of something you're doing or have misconfigured. There isn't just a simple solution to "why am I getting a 500 error" without being able to look at everything and see.

Hi,

The #500 error code relates to the form_id.

So, somewhere along the line when you've submitted a test version of your form, your form will have been assigned a form_id. You can see this from looking at the list of forms in admin.

The first thing to check is that the form_id in your form matches what the is set in the admin screen.

If that isn't the cause, post back with the form_id and confirm the steps you've done so far.
