Need to add TEXT next to delete button

I need to add a line of newt to the DELETE BUTTON: WARNING - WILL PERMENTLY DELETE ACCOUNT

Can any tell me where to do this. I have open all of the files which you would think would work but don't.

I would be great if we could turn this on based on account ID.

Do you mean the DELETE link for each client account in the admin page that lists all the client accounts?
