Good evening, I hope you have a good day. I'm using NEC (old version laptop), Windows 10. My problem is :

1. After NEC logo, Preparing Automotic Repair appear but not working. Screen change to black blank and the white arrow still working. Nathan working at geek squad telephone number suggested to reinsert the battery. After doing the same the issue is resolved.
