Is Form Builder part of Version 2.1.9?

I was looking at the FormBuilder demo at http://www.formtools.org/wordpress/?p=574

In the demo, it showed "Form Builder" module. But when I installed on my local, there is no Form Builder module available.
Is Form Builder module released yet or am I missing anything?

Thanks for the post!

I'm afraid the Form Builder isn't release yet. I've been devoting all of my spare time these last few months to working on it, and it's very close to being released. In fact, the code is all done now - we're just doing internal testing and working on the documentation.

It'll be released sometime in January.
