Import Data

I am trying to import a csv file, I am able to do it through phpmyadmin but does not show up in my views on my formtools pages, am i doing something wrong or is it not setup to do this? is there any way i can make it work? i have thousands of entries from an old database im trying to put on my formtools. maybe someone can make a module or something i would if i had the knowledge, i would definitely pay money if anyone is interested in helping me, thanks

Sorry for the wait - I'm spreading myself a little thin over my projects these days.

Importing the data should work okay... Check is that the is_finalized field for each row you're importing it set to "yes". If it's set to "no", it won't show up anywhere.

hey Ben thanks that was it the finalize field was not set, thanks alot again Would there be a way to make a quick import page like the one phpmyadmin uses?

Had the same issue, took me a while to find this post but once I did my imported data displayed in the form's view with out a hitch!
So, the is_finalized field value MUST be set to "yes" before a record will display in a FormTools view.
If the value is set to "no", blank or NULL that record will not display in the form's view...
