Hello,

So with internal forms Form Tools help create the actual from, but with external forms you would need to know the form code?

Hi Ed,

That is correct, however only "Clients" can access internal forms. If you want to Form Tools to create forms that are accessible by the public you will may want to consider the Form Builder.
