So I exported Formtools via FTP. I downloaded php admin. Now what do I do? How do I use php admin? Is it a program I need to run? How does it work?

Most likely your hosting provider will have phpMyAdmin installed already. You should follow up with them first. If they don't have this installed you will need to install phpMyAdmin and then export your old database to back everything up. It's usually easiest to just export it as a SQL file.
Hope this helps.

If you were using Form Tools there has to be a database. MySQL stores all submission data.

I see the formtools folder on my website. What is the file name I am looking for?
Also, does the form tools plugin work with the current version of wordpress?

If you're looking for the database export from phpMyAdmin this actually downloads to your desktop. But if you're wanting to backup your installation of Form Tools then I would actually save the entire Form Tools folder and not just specific files.

Also, Do you have a workable plugin for Wordpress? Would like to use your tool again with the most current version.
