Radio button and check box values

I uploaded an external form from my website.

When I carried out the first test, the values were returned correctly, but when I submitted additional forms, the text box values were exported to my Excel file, but the data from the radio buttons and check boxes were not. These fields remained blank on the export although they were checked on the submitted form.

Do I need to enable something somewhere?

Ok, I figured this out. You have to set up all of the field values individually. The auto-complete feature doesn't set these up
