file upload - no numbers in file name

I am having some issues with my file upload. It functions properly but when files are uploaded all of the numbers in the filename are stripped. For instance, "2010-10_Minutes.pdf" turns into "-_Minutes.pdf".

Just to confirm, the files are being uploaded properly and stored in the correct folder. I can open and delete the file. The functionality works but the filename is altered.


Has anyone else had this issue?

Indeed, and if you upload two files like this:

image123.jpg
image456.jpg

they change to something like:

1_image.jpg
2_image.jpg

Reason?

Same here...

It must be a quite new issue since I remember it to be working in the past.
So it must have come up in one of the lastest releases.
Any solution?
