Some quick and easy explanation?

Hello all,

I need some easy explanation...
That's not because I am lazy but because I am not a prof in scripts and I do not have enough time to find out some things...
Also my englisch is bad, it is hard to read lots of englisch instructions...

I need a script for this purpose:
People can put their own dossier online, at my page, 100% secure and private.
They only shoul'd edit and view their own dossier.

First question: is that possible anyway with this script?

Second question: what is the most easy way to do this?
(I just need some forms for users to fill in and save, they may not edit the forms, only fill in and edit/view their own data)

Hope for some clear help, so I can go on...
In my country my website will be a very new, exeptional initiatief...so it must be professional...
(and yes, I have to do this without any budget...)

Yes, it sure is possible, but 100% secure is hard to guarantee. Form Tools handles private log in and you can also use CAPTCHA to ensure human customers.
