help with this error

hello, when i was editing my form in formtools, i wanted to add a email address, but when i click on the "email" button i get this error

Unknown column 'et.form_id' in 'where clause'

please help

Sorry you're having trouble!

What version of the script are you running? Did you recently upgrade?

Also, just to clarify, where is the "email" button you mention? Adding an email address happens on the Edit Email Template page, but the label should read "Update Email Template".

Just want to make sure we're on the same page! Smile

i did no upgrade and the version of the formtool is 2.0.5 release 4

Hmm... I don't know what "release 4" is... and where in the interface is this "email" button you mentioned?
