I need some help... [SOLVED]

Hi,

I would be very thankful if I receive some help with an issue occurred after the core update from 2.1.4 to 2.1.5 and the installation of the Core Field Types module. I've also updated all the modules installed including the Database Integrity module. It doesn't report any errors connected to the DB.

Everything looked fine till I tried to rename the db columns and changed the type of the fields of a newly created internal form. After this when I try to add or delete a record I have an error message as follows:
Unknown column 'Ins_Category' in 'field list'

Could anybody give me a piece of advice how to solve the problem?

Hi Yavor,

Hmm! First off, this isn't related to the 2.1.5 upgrade - that just contained bug fixes & a new way to manage the field types (the Core Field Types module).

It sounds like something didn't get updated properly in the database when you renamed the field. Try this: edit the View that you're encountering the error, and just click "update". That should reset a lot of the info. Then try to add/delete a record in that View again.

[btw, part of the upcoming System Check module (not the 1st release, which will be today) will be some additional database integrity tests to confirm there aren't problems with the actual data. That will no doubt help for things like this - it'll also help ME locate issues].
