I have a website with several formtools forms running on it. About 1 in 10 submissions from one form get submitted to the database of a different form. I can't figure out why! Since one of the form field names is the same (email address), that gets saved as a new entry in the other form but of course all other data is lost.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm wondering it it has to do with the person leaving one form, going to the other, and then going back to the first form before submitting.
