No problem. What you need to do is set up different views.
-Click on the View tab
-Add a new view and base it on new view -All fields
-Name it logically, for instance "public view".
-Inside the new view, go to the Field tab and remove the fields you don't want to show to the public.
-While you're at it, you may want to restrict clients from having this view in their form UI, if so, go to the General tab and set the permission to only administrators.
Save the new view.
Now, go to the Publish tab and edit the publish settings for this form. On the edit page, choose the new view from the view drop down menu.
Save the settings and you're done!
