Hi Ben,

Under the recipient tab, I do not have the option for user as found on other forms. Could it be a possible bug?

I only have 2 options, Administrator or Custom.

I'm not terribly surprised this is causing confusion - I'll log this as a bug. I'll put some text on that page with a link to the configuration page to let people know that they haven't configured the user fields.

That would be ideal. It's not really a bug, we just need a little spoon feeding once in a while.
