I have been using FormTools for some time and am now considering a re-installation due to changes to my hosting package. How do I identify which version I currently have (files are dated 12/03/2009 00:00 if that helps).

The version number is on the top right corner or you can go to "Settings" and click on the "Main" tab. If you have version before 2 it will be in "Program Settings".
