Arabic Forms in Form Tools
#1
I am new to this Form Tools and so far i am impressed with the ease of use and the help from internet solved many problems i was facing relating to session overlapping where i was sending values from one form and they were landing in a different form on form tools . That problem was solved by namespaces.

Now my question is that, is form tools capable of dealing with the Arabic Forms. From the front end, creation of the Arabic form is not a big deal but will the values of the form be able to get stored properly in the form tools and also i am concerned about the excel output with Arabic.

Anyone who has tried Arabic Forms before might be in a better place to guide me. I will try it myself some day as well.

Hi Waqasnasir,

We've yet to have someone try to store values in Arabic. Data in Form Tools is stored as UTF-8 so it should work. Please keep us posted on your results.

Cheers,

Joseph

I Have tested the form with arabic contents and it is working perfectly.
The excel export also have no issues. It is a great and handy tool to create quick forms without writing custom code
