I have created a MySql database and successfully installed Form Tools. Now I would like to create my own tables and use Form Tools as the front end to display the data.
I have no difficulty in creating the tables directly in MySql, but Joe’s response to Feisar (Thread: An MS Access replacement - October 8th, 2013) states “All tables need to be created within Form Tools. It's a bit of extra work but will help avoid any issues by importing from another database.”
I have been unable to find anywhere in Form Tools that offers the opportunity to do this – can anyone enlighten me as to how this can be done, exactly which series of menu items will take me there? The Core version is 2.2.6 and I have additionally installed the premium Form Builder module 1.0.6
Thanks
