Email Post delayed

The time between when a form is submitted, and the Email message is received is very long and predictable ~18 minutes

This gives me the impression something is timing out before the message is sent.

Is there a setting or fix for this problem?

The Form was created using Front Page
And linked to the Server Side Application following the instructions

The Host is GoDaddy

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've been working on two really strange Form Tools problems that I don't have on any of my other sites. After hours of headaches, I realized something: I'm working on a site that was built with Frontpage.

It's very possible that's your problem, too. I'm assuming you've already stripped out any FP-specific code to make the form work, but somehow it seams that some of the FP evil lingers on.

If you can, try uninstalling Frontpage extensions and see if that fixes your problem (assuming you aren't using FP anymore).

Other than that, try using the Swift Mailer module. That was the fix for one of my FP problems.
