hello,

i have added an external form for an SMS API. phone number, IP address are added in database and i am able to view form submissions from form-tools panel.

functionality of form - user enters mobile number in this form. he receives link to a mobile app in sms

i want to update a field "user agent details" once that app is opened from sms. we have to update this field in database only, that is, without a form submission.

is this possible? if so, then please guide with steps. let me know if you need any more information. thank you.
