Sorry if this has been addressed, but I did a search and could not find an answer.

All of the fields of my form send the Values except for a Dropdown List Field that seems to only submit the Item Label of the field.

Am I doing something wrong? How can I get the values that are attached to each choice. I want to be able to use copies of the same form but need to know which copy the submission came from. I figured that putting an identifier in the Dropdown List values would do that for me.
