Hi wkl,
My first hunch would be that your email provider is incorrectly flagging the email as spam and either dumping it in your spam folder or dropping it altogether. Have you double-checked your spam settings?
Since we know the emails are being sent, that's our best bet.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Ben,
I don't know what's happen, all my other email accounts can received it (except domain with .asia).
However I already using Swift Mailer Module (using gmail) instead, and now can receive email from FT2 without problem.
Thanks.

Ah yes, I should have suggested trying the Swift Mailer module. :-)
Excellent, I'm glad it's resolved at least.

Email not being sent, all of a sudden, using phpmail. Switched to Swift, still no mail on specific form. Test emails get sent out alright. Testmails from specific form get sent out alright. Upgraded to final 2.0. What gives?!

Hmm... tricky to tell!
Have you upgraded the Swift Mailer module as well?

Hey Nowton,
Sorry for the wait. To recap:
1. You've installed the Swift Mailer module,
2. You can successfully send out the test emails to yourself from within the Swift Mailer module,
3. No emails are being sent from the actual form.
A few questions:
- Are there any other weird things going on like the form not redirecting to a final page?
- Does the email template have the "on submission" checkbox checked, so that it's sent when?
-
I'd suggest going into your email template and giving it a good look over. If relevant for your form, confirm that your form email fields are configured properly (the "Configure Form Email Fields" button on the Edit Form -> Emails tab) and that they are referenced properly in your email template.
Be sure to click "Update" on your email template, too.
It's possible that there's a bug with upgrading, but I haven't encountered it yet.

Second customer reporting problems, ie not receiving mail. This is getting hairy for my business. Is there a way to 'refresh' the mailing behaviour of each form?
Update: tested the sendmail function to make sure the specific host wasn't blocking mail. That's not the case, I can use sendmail on the host.
