For the first time I've successfully installed the form tools. But im not sure what does it means by /themes/default/cache since im just a newbie

What writeble permission to set on 'cache' folder??

i've tried '755' , '777' but WHY IT doesnt work?

It kept redirecting me to '404 Page not found'

Hi - so someone can help you. Tell us exactly where you are up to with the install and what you are trying to do that gives you a 404 error.
