I can't seem to get the Media Gallery module to work properly. I followed the guide and I believe everything is setup correctly, but when I go to view submissions, I don't see the Media Gallery icon.

My form is configured in the following way...

-One file field type - set as File (field type).
-Under options: Max File Size - 3 MB, Permitted File Types - jpeg, jpg, png

-Module is Enabled, status is set to enabled.
-Field is listed correctly, field type is set to image.

Any other steps I'm missing?
