You don't have permission to access /form_tools/process.php .

I have 60 forms that have been working for a couple of years. 5 forms that only get name and email address submissions and 55 that are long credit applications. Suddenly the 55 applications stopped working (the 5 short ones still work.).
When an application form is submitted, the error message is as follows: "Forbidden -
You don't have permission to access /form_tools/process.php on this server."
I checked practically every file in Formtools and could find nothing wrong so I upgraded from 1.4.5 to 1.5.1. That didn't help.
Has anyone ever seen this problem? I am desperate for help.

Hi Ralphcle,

Eesh - if I were you, I'd contact your hosting provider, describe the problem and find out what's changed. Since it was working fine in the past, any clues as to what has changed in the server environment could really help.

But if I had to make a guess, I'd say the permissions for that file (and possibly others) have changed. They should be readable by all users - so 644 (at least) on Unix, or readable on Window servers.
