Upload File Help

Hi,

New user/coder. Created an online app form. Want to offer upload of resume file for applicants. I know Form Tools can upload built-in. Can anyone help with a very simple html code to add this function to my form??? Scoured the Documentation and couldn't find anything helpful.

Heya,

Sure, no worries! To add a file upload field to your form you just add two things to the markup: an enctype attribute to the form tag, and the file field itself. So, something like:

<form ... enctype="multipart/form-data">
...
<input type="file" name="resume" />
...
</form>

Then, when adding the form through the Form Tools UI, make sure you check the "form includes a file upload field" on the second page.
